Mortgage Calculator For Your Smart-phone

Having a mortgage calculator can sometimes come in handy at a closing.  If you have a smart-phone like an iPhone or Droid, there are many mortgage calculator apps to chose from.  I've tried several, but the one I've settle on for my iPhone is the CalcsFree Mortgage Calculator.  It's quick, simple, and easy to use.   It includes a tax calculator, an amortization schedule, the ability to break down payments by principal, interest, taxes & insurance, & mortgage insurance, and the ability to send the information via email.  And it's F-R-E-E.
