I think that an interesting topic for conversation would be if anyone knows of a notary who has had a claim filed on their bond or E&O insurance. I have never heard of this. The irony is that even though claims never seem to be made, notaries are going for higher and higher E&O all the time. Many have a million in coverage now which never used to be the case.
